Women’s Weekly Recharge is a 10-week outdoor group coaching program for caring women in demanding roles who are ready to feel stronger, calmer, healthier and happier in everyday life.
Each week, you’ll step into a supportive space where you can pause, breathe, move gently, and reconnect with yourself. Through gentle breathing and stretching, a relaxed walk-and-talk, supportive coaching conversations, and practical self-care strategies, you’ll be encouraged to take small steps forward in a way that feels manageable and real.
This is not about adding more pressure to your week. It’s about helping you stop struggling on alone and giving you a support team around you as you begin creating change that feels steady, kind, and sustainable.

She created the Take Care of You FIRST Method and Women's Weekly Recharge Program to help caring, capable women stop putting themselves last and start building a life that feels healthier, calmer, clearer and more aligned.
A Coach Who Understands the Journey
I understand this work personally, not just professionally.
I’m Tarnia Coleopy — an Occupational Therapist, Strategic Intervention Coach, author, and mum, with 25 years of personal and professional experience in health and wellbeing. But this work is personal for me too. I’ve had my own mental and physical health struggles, and I know firsthand what it feels like to need to find your way back to yourself.
I’ve lived through the kind of struggle many women quietly carry.
In my early twenties, I became seriously unwell physically and mentally. I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue, went through periods of being bedridden, and was later admitted to hospital with major depression. For many years after that, I searched deeply for answers — seeing a wide range of doctors, health professionals, and support practitioners, and learning firsthand how exhausting it can be when you’re doing everything you can to get well and still not feeling like yourself.
Over time, that journey gave me a much deeper understanding of the connection between physical, mental, and emotional health, and it shaped the way I now support women with far more compassion, realism, and hope.
What I teach comes from hard-won experience.
Over the years, I’ve learned that self-care has to be practical, simple, and sustainable — especially when life already feels heavy. That’s one of the reasons Take Care of You FIRST was designed to be doable: small steps, honest reflection, and real-life strategies that support physical, mental, and emotional health.
I’ve seen women create meaningful change through this work.
Through Women’s Weekly Recharge and the Take Care of You First methodology, I’ve supported women to shift depression, increase motivation and energy, improve habits, change relationships, reduce guilt and self-criticism, and create healthier daily self-care rhythms that actually feel good.
This program was created to help women feel stronger, calmer, and more supported.
