T.K. Arena is a holistic Occupational Therapist and certified Strategic Intervention Coach with over 25 years of experience supporting women’s health, wellbeing, and relationships.
Her work is shaped by both professional expertise and lived experience — and by a deep belief that real change happens through creating safe spaces, finding emotional clarity, rewiring your brain for healing and taking small strategic steps forward.
She is the founder and facilitator of the Women’s Weekly Recharge Program, supporting busy working women to rebuild motivation, energy, and momentum through simple self-care strategies. She is also the Operations Manager of Raising Extraordinary Kids, where she supports neurodivergent teens, young adults, and their parents.
Through her writing and coaching, T.K. weaves together neuroscience, psychology, spirituality, and holistic health practices to create grounded, life-giving resources for people who care deeply — especially the sensitive, caring humans of the world who want their relationships, inner world, and lives to feel calmer, clearer, and more aligned.
